Welcome. I am Hamish Ross, Director and sole developer at Deveronclyde. I do this:

• I try to understand your organisation's business process and future plans

• I reduce friction by not handing-off that understanding to a third-party to respond. Instead...

• I look for quick wins first, often using the technologies you already have

• I recommend off-the-shelf cloud systems if I think they will produce solid improvements in productivity or reduce costs

• I only recommend new approaches, technologies, from-scratch-development, or any kind of change, if I think it makes sense for you

• I build technologies for you if necessary

• I only recommend or build things that are embedded in a longer-term, supported ecosystem (whether that be me, or your own specialists, or outsourced providers)
